Diane has more than 20 years of experience in recruitment, both within corporates and working for corporates. She worked at companies including IBM and ABN AMRO, where she was Product Owner for Global Mobility, responsible for international mobility. After that, she spent two years as Field Manager at Entelect Netherlands in IT consulting and the secondment of IT specialists from South Africa. Since 2020, Diane has been a partner at Ir Olav's Globetrotters, where she's known for her sharp eye, calm approach and practical solutions.

Jesica is an International Recruiter at Ir Olav's Globetrotters, based in Hilversum, the Netherlands. She focuses on connecting South African tech talent with Dutch companies, and is a vocal advocate for candidates putting real effort into their online presence, since your LinkedIn profile is often the first thing a recruiter checks before ever picking up the phone.
